ONCE A HOME…ALWAYS A PAST
Driving through Idaho, an open space, no signs of a town, I came upon a house standing upright, yet deteriorating with pride. Curiosity had me stop, look around and photograph. Questions arising, "Whose home was this?", "Why abandoned?", thus my intrigue led me to begin my series "Once a Home...Always a Past". I was fascinated by these homes, once filled with life, now entwined with nature and a lingering memory of life. Though they may be forgotten by some, they remain vivid in their history, an unyielding testament to the lives that once called them home.
